Our Response Process

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will:

• Promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
• Notify the user who posted the material (if applicable) that it has been removed
• Provide the user with a copy of the takedown notice so they may file a counter-notification if they believe the removal was in error

Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification that includes:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it appeared before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district

Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, WallpaperHD has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
